Exhibitor Information

The 2011 KY Crossroads Harvest Festival Marketplace will be open in downtown Springfield, KY at the following times:

• Friday, Sept. 30, from 6 to 10 p.m.
• Saturday, Oct. 1, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• Sunday, Oct. 2, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Artisans of handcrafted merchandise that relate to the harvest theme are encouraged to exhibit.

For the first time this year there will be a limited “Fine Arts and Craft” section of exhibitors; these artists will enjoy a prime location within the festival. If you wish to obtain one of these spaces you will need to submit photographs of your work and your booth as set up at a festival. Final decisions will be made for the open spaces by September 15. Deadline for entries for these spaces is September 1, to allow time for the decisions to be made. See application for details.

The Harvest Festival will also include a flea market area.
